My name is Kristi Rutherford and I am a Real Estate representative with Re/Max Little Oak Realty. I work throughout the Fraser Valley and cater to where and what my clients Real Estate needs and goals are. I work with all forms of clientele from First time home Buyers to experienced investors and everyone in between. I start every conversation with asking my clients what their ultimate goals are. We from there create a plan and involve everyone that is needed to help execute the plan and get them to their goal. The process of buying and selling real estate is about you and it’s important that stays at the forefront throughout our time working together. I work to ensure that every client feels informed, communicated with and taken care of.  This is of the utmost importance to me when working together.

My business is 100% repeat and referral showing that not only is this how I work but how my clients feel as well. I continue to stay educated not only on the Real Estate market but with sharpening my negotiating skills and taking opportunities to take courses that will help me serve my clients.

 When I am not working you will find me with my 13 year old pup Chevy, out 4x4ing or spending as much time as I can outside. I enjoy cooking fantastic food & spending time with my friends and family.
